Start with brewing tools.

01

Dripper & paper filters

The dripper supports the grounds and filter. Paper retains the grounds while letting the brew through. Match the filter to the dripper shape and serving size.

02

Cup & server

Choose a stable, heatproof vessel. A server lets you mix the brew before dividing it into cups. For direct brewing, check that the cup has enough capacity.

03

Gooseneck kettle

A kettle helps control where and how much water you pour. Check how it feels in your hand and whether its capacity suits your usual batch.

Make your favourite cup repeatable.

04

Scale

A scale measures the grounds and poured water. Tare with the vessel in place, then record the coffee dose and total water to help repeat the brew.

05

Coffee grinder

A grinder turns beans into grounds. Add one when you want to brew from whole beans. Follow its instructions for grind adjustments and cleaning.
